Ingredients
- 2 servings (100 g) Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength
- 2 eggs
- 25 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 50 g plain flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 80 g fresh berries, to serve
Instructions
- Mix the eggs, milk, Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength, flour, vegetable oil and baking powder in a bowl.
- Whisk until the batter has a smooth consistency.
- Fill the waffle iron with a layer of batter.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with your favourite berries and other toppings.
