Ingredients
- 1 serving (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour
- 1 serving (28 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
- 150 g tahini
- 80 ml maple syrup
- 120 g ground almonds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180° C (160° C Fan).
- Line one or two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Place the tahini and the maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix together well.
- Add the ground almonds, baking powder, Protein Drink Mix and Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour and mix until you have a cookie dough.
- Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and toss in a bowl with the sesame seeds. Make sure each ball is sufficiently covered with sesame seeds.
- Place the balls on the lined tray and flatten slightly using your hand.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until cracked on top and golden underneath.
- Take off the tray and place on a rack to cool.
Tips:
- You can use an electric hand beater to create the cookie dough.
