Ingredients

  • 1 serving (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour
  • 1 serving (28 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix 
  • 150 g tahini 
  • 80 ml maple syrup 
  • 120 g ground almonds 
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder 
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds  

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C (160° C Fan). 
  • Line one or two baking trays with parchment paper. 
  • Place the tahini and the maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix together well. 
  • Add the ground almonds, baking powder, Protein Drink Mix and Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour and mix until you have a cookie dough. 
  • Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and toss in a bowl with the sesame seeds. Make sure each ball is sufficiently covered with sesame seeds. 
  • Place the balls on the lined tray and flatten slightly using your hand. 
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until cracked on top and golden underneath. 
  • Take off the tray and place on a rack to cool. 

Tips:

  • You can use an electric hand beater to create the cookie dough.
