Nutritional Information
Nutrients per serving:
- Energy: 711 kJ
- Protein: 17 g

Ingredients
- 1 serving (50 g) Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons low-fat yoghurt, to serve
- 80 g fresh berries, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180° C (160° C Fan).
- Grease 3 dariole moulds or ramekins.
- Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Add the egg and egg whites. Whisk all the ingredients together to form a stiff batter.
- Spoon equal amounts of batter into each mould.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until almost set, they are nice when still gooey in the centre.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes before turning out onto serving plates.
- Serve warm and garnish with yoghurt and berries.
