Ingredients

  • ½ serving (14 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
  • 1 serving (7 g) Herbalife Oat Apple Fibre 
  • 350 g rolled oats 
  • 200 ml water 
  • 30 g dates, chopped 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • A good pinch of cinnamon, include an extra pinch for garnish 
  • A dash of maple syrup, to serve 
  • Sliced banana and handful of berries, to serve 

 

Instructions

  • Place the oats in a small saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and the chopped dates.
  • Bring to boil, then turn down the heat, cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the oats are tender. 
  • Add in the cinnamon, Protein Drink Mix and Oat Apple Fibre. 
  • Serve in a deep bowl.
