Stay hydrated with this rosemary watermelon lemonade. A twist on a classic, this drink will revitalize you while also keeping you cool. Mix together and add a fresh sprig of rosemary for an earthy touch.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Herbalife SKIN Collagen Beauty Booster 
  • 500 ml (16 oz.) water 
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 
  • 250 ml (8 oz.) fresh lemon juice or the juice of 4 fresh lemons 
  • 600 g (4 cups) chopped watermelon 
  • 500 ml (16 oz.) sparkling water  

     

Instructions

  1.  In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Turn off the water and add the rosemary, let it infuse and steep for 30 minutes. Alternatively, use a kettle to heat up the water and pour it over the fresh rosemary in a saucepan. 
  2. Juice the fresh lemons and strain them to remove the pulp or seeds. 
  3. Puree the watermelon in a blender. Add a splash of water if needed. Add the Collagen Beauty Booster, then puree everything together. 
  4. Combine the rosemary-infused water, freshly squeezed lemon juice and watermelon puree with the Collagen Beauty Booster in a pitcher. Mix thoroughly. 
  5. Serve the puree over ice and top it with sparkling water. 
  6. If you have extra puree, pour it into ice cube trays and freeze it for later use.
