Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix Banana Caramel
  • 2 scoops Herbalife® Protein Drink Mix Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut, desiccated (an extra 1/3 cup of shredded coconut for rolling)

 

Instructions

  1. Pulse ingredients in a food processor until combined.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Roll protein balls in remaining 1/3 cup shredded coconut to coat.


 

Makes 10 balls/five servings.

Serving size is two balls.
