Nutrients per serving:
- Energy: 1200 kJ
- Protein: 12 g
- Carbohydrate: 50 g
- Fat: 4 g
- Fibre: 8 g

Ingredients
- ½ serving (14 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
- 1 serving (7 g) Herbalife Multifibre
- 350 g rolled oats
- 200 ml water
- 30 g dates, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- A good pinch of cinnamon, include an extra pinch for garnish
- A dash of maple syrup, to serve
- Sliced banana and handful of berries, to serve
Instructions
- Place the oats in a small saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and the chopped dates.
- Bring to boil, then turn down the heat, cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the oats are tender.
- Add in the cinnamon, Protein Drink Mix and Multifibre.
- Serve in a deep bowl.
