Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Formula 1 Shake Mix French Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Personalized Protein Powder
  • 3 capfuls Herbal Aloe Concentrate Original
  • 1 scoop Mixed Fiber
  • 250 ml water
  • 140 g pineapple
  • 100 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 50 g  ice cubes
  • 50 g nata de coco

Instructions

  • Place the liquid in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. 
  • Blend for 30 seconds. 
  • Pour into a glass. 
  • Top with nata de coco and enjoy.
