Ingredients

  • 2 scoops F1 Shake Mix French Vanilla
  • 3 capfuls HAC Mango Flavour
  • 250 ml nonfat milk
  • 85 g mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 50 g ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place the liquid in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
