Troy Hicks

As chief operating officer for Herbalife, Troy Hicks oversees all aspects of developing products and bringing them to market, including supply chain, research and development, quality functions, manufacturing, logistics and global business service centers.

Before assuming this position, Mr. Hicks served as the executive vice president of worldwide product operations, where he helped digitally transform Herbalife’s global supply chain, improve speed to market and further develop Herbalife’s seed-to-feed sourcing and quality initiatives.

Over the past 24 years, Mr. Hicks has cultivated a career in product operations with a specialization in optimizing supply chains. He joined Herbalife in 2013 from Newell Brands, formally Jarden Consumer Solutions, where he was responsible for global supply chain and product manufacturing.

Prior to that, he held positions that focused on manufacturing, working capital strategies and supply chain transformations with United Technologies, Teleflex Medical and American Capital.

Mr. Hicks earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Johnson and Wales University and an MBA in Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
